Happy=School is almost starting

Happy= my mom is retiring
Sad= the reason she is retiring

Sad= one great friend just moved
Happy= Kalvyn is a responsible teenager
Sad= Kalvyn is a teenager
Happy= Date nights
Sad= not nearly enough of them
Happy= Tate is growing up SO fast
Sad= Tate is growing up too fast

I also am sad that summer is just about over. Why does it go so quidckly? I enjoy having the girls at home, but it will also be nice to kind of get on a schedule again. Jayden is trying to start potty training, unfortunately I am not pushing him too much right now because we have a 13 hour drive home. I don't think that will work for a newly potty trained guy. :)
I guess taking the good with the bad is just part of life, it is what makes it so interesting!
We miss you already. I guess the bad is to make us appreciate the good even more. Hooray for Blake and the toilet. That is always a good day.
