LEGOS
Gotta love the Legos!
Rick and the Kids LOVE legos.. I don't include myself in this because I really have no creativity when it comes to this... I wish I did! They will spend HOURS making things, creating and having fun. Last summer there were several days Kalvyn and Tate barely came out of Tate's room to eat because they were building Lego mansions... Blake is wanting in on the action now! Look out guys.

Fun Saturday
What a fun day we had! This weekend we are watching Kalvyn's sister Koriyn...she is so much fun to have around. If her family ever decides they don't want her, haha, we'll take her.
The kids started the day playing school and legos... then we were off to Tate's basketball game. It was such an intense game this week. The ref basically sucked so it wasn't a very fair game, but fun, nonetheless.
We grabbed some lunch and then went hiking at "A" mountain in Tempe..Blake insisted on doing most of the hiking himself. Kaly, Tate and Koriyn raced to the top and waited for us lagers.
When we got home we made our Valentine dinner. The kids wanted homemade chicken noodle soup, garlic toast, green beans and pineapple. We had Grandma Debbie over and ate at the big table by candlelight. Fun, Fun! The best part was dessert. The kids made a peanut butter, chocolate pie. We made our own creation with peanut butter cup icecream, cool whip, peanut butter chips and an oreo crust..The kids finished the night bouncing on the trampoline and Rick and I in the hot tub. What a great day!

How Do You Love?
How do you love? Kind words, a hug, a smile, an act of kindness?
Love is a funny thing.. I love so many people in so many ways.. I like to show love to my kids with smiles, hugs and kisses, talks, understanding.. I show Rick love with respect, hugs, uh..well, you know.. I love all of my friends too. I love to cook for them, talk, cry and laugh with them. This is the season for LOVE! Don't forget to tell the ones you love that you LOVE THEM!

Girls Just Wanna Have Fun...
My Niece Madison came over this weekend for her birthday pedicure.. I asked her what she wanted for her birthday and she wanted to get her toes done. She and Kalvyn had a great time playing and riding around on the scooters! My nephew Luke came over too. They jumped on the trampoline, swam in the hot tub and cheered Tate on at his basketball game.. Fun Times! They even all babysat eachother Friday night so Rick and I could sneak out for a dinner date! It was awesome...
