What's the Deal?


What is the deal? Swimsuit season is right around the corner.. We are going on vacation June 5th.. I have been running 3-4 times a week for 45 minutes-1 hour, doing Zumba 2 times a week and skipping dessert. I have also been mindful of what I am putting in my body... for 4 weeks now...Weight loss=1lb...WTFreak...


If anyone has any suggestions.. I am open to them..my goal is to drop 15..

Totally WEIRD!!!! Are you eating enough protein, fruits and veggies? Sleeping enough? How is your stress level? Believe it or not stress plays a HUGE roll in whether you lose weight or not. Ever watched Biggest Loser? You should definitely be seeing some results soon. Keep up the good work! I think you look Mahvelous Dahling! :) Maybe talk to Sara S. too?!?

That stinks, but I always gain weight when I train for a race. I have to be very mindful of what I put in my mouth. The more calories you are burning, the hungrier you will tend to be. Your body is wanting the fuel, so you have to watch even more carefully! I know it stinks. Jacey is right. Sleep is huge! I make sure to sleep 7-8 hrs every night. But, good job on the working out. You know you are healthier!!
